Karaté enfants tous niveaux 8 to 13 years : mardi 17h à 18h et/ou mercredi 14h à 15h

Kobudo sportif enfants 8 to 17 years : mardi 18h à 19h et/ou mercredi 15h à 16h

Karaté adolescents et adultes : mardi 20h15 à 21h45 et/ou jeudi 19h à 20h30

Karaté Santé séniors + 60 years : mardi 17h à 18h

Préparation physique Bodyfusion ados et adultes : mardi 19h à 20h

Self défense ados et adultes : jeudi 20h30 à 22h
