Baby karate : 5 to 7 Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Karate for children all levels 8 to 13 years : Tuesday 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and/or Wednesday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Kobudo sports children 8 to 17 years : Tuesday 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and/or Wednesday 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Karate adolescents and adults : Tuesday 8:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. and/or Thursday 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Senior Health Karate + 60 years : Tuesday 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Bodyfusion physical preparation for teenagers and adults : Tuesday 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Self defense for teenagers and adults : Thursday 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
