The 24 August 2014, s & rsquo; held the 33rd international cup Uechi-ryu karate in the Tokyo area and more specifically in Hachioji.
Three competitors Yvelines made the trip on this occasion. They left France on 19 August, whether 5 days before the event to s & rsquo; acclimate best before & rsquo, maturity. After training on Friday 22 August in the dojo sensei Yasuo Shimoji architect of this competition, our three karate battled valiantly rough Japanese competitors on their soil.
The results go well beyond their expectation since all three are on the podium.
Didier Lorho CN 5th Dan Club Careers-sur-Seine s & rsquo; ranked 1st in kata. He is joined in 3rd place by Raphael Brigand CN 3rd Dan from the same club.
I Kumite, Raphael Brigand and Said Tadjer CN 2nd Dan in Maisons-Laffitte both finish third. Note that the fighting is taking place in the form ippon shobu and open.
This harvest of medals honored the French karate and rewards the efforts of our competitors.
